Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes.

Returns of defective products

YMFOOD cannot be held responsible for the breach of the contract signed in the event of depletion of stocks or unavailability of the product, due to force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strike, especially, of services postal and means of transport or communications, floods or fire.
Once the order is placed, you do not have the right to cancel the order of any item purchased on mercaexpress.es.
In the event of a dispute, the client may first contact YMFOOD to reach an amicable resolution.
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their discretion, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
